Golf fitness and attention to the golfer’s body is an important part of a multifaceted approach to golf game improvement. All areas that affect the game must be addressed to get the best results.
Henry has teamed with Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to create a comprehension golf fitness program.
The cornerstone of this program is testing the clients’ movement dysfunction then creating an individual exercise program tailored to fixing the limitations.
Testing includes movement, flexibility and strength screens along with magnetic sensor motion capture of the golf swing.
Clients can access their unique exercise program online which includes video clips of their exercises and a calendar to monitor their exercise schedule. |
